I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our beloved Vasantha Teacher from our village, Sandilipay. Growing up in the same village and being an old student of Skanda, I feel a special connection and a profound sense of loss. Although I did not have the opportunity to be a student in her classroom, she was one of the teachers in charge of my house (Kandiah) during our inter-school athletics. I still remember her dedication, encouragement, and the pride she carried for her students. She inspired many through her commitment, discipline, and gentle guidance. She was not only a respected teacher but also a wonderful religious speaker who contributed greatly to our school and community. Her words and service strengthened the faith and values of many. Her presence and contributions will always be remembered with gratitude and respect. My heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
