He is considered one of the most successful businessman and entrepreneur hailed from Valihamam south west(Sandilipay-Manipay Region), Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is the "Warren Buffett" of our region or community. He overcome many challenges(Business and family related) to be successful in business and family life. He is one of the business person mostly affected by Sri Lanka's ethnics conflict. He is very optimistic and positive can-do attitude person. In his last years of his life(80s), he frequently traveled to Sri Lanka to take care of business and family member and courageously drove his own car on Sri Lanka's dangerous highways(A9, A12). Even in his last days of his, he made beautiful flower vases using available craft materials from home, and gave them to many people who visited him. His life is a great example for the following English proverb: "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade"
