- Balan alias "Jail guard Balan" is a patriotic towards our native village, KUPPILAN, and have contributed lot of dedications to changes and develops of our village library during the period of 1970 - 1973. He is a first historical villager who organized lot of fund raising dramas for our village library developments. Anyway, demise is human nature and nobody escaped. In this time, let us pray together to rest his soul in peace.
