My grandfather was a kind and loving man who had a heart of gold. Despite being 7000 miles away, he never treated us differently to those who were there, and when we were next to him, he would shower us with affection. He was a strong man, being responsible for the birth of many buildings, and was even able to survive the unfortunate event of a stroke which he suffered with. Despite all of this, my grandfather never lost his smile, but most importantly, he was a proud man with 2 children and 7 grandchildren who are all successful thanks to him.
