I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our children’s coach and mentor in Mathematics. She was good mentor, a guide, and a powerful influence during their most formative years. Her dedication to teaching went far beyond the classroom. With patience, discipline, and unwavering belief in her students, she coached and prepared our children to participate in numerous mathematics contests — and through her encouragement and tireless effort, they proudly brought home many prizes. What made her extraordinary was not just her ability to teach mathematics, but her ability to build confidence. She saw potential where others saw difficulty. She stayed back after school, challenged them to think deeper, and celebrated every improvement, no matter how small. The awards and certificates they earned are lasting symbols of her commitment, but the true gift she gave them was resilience, critical thinking, and the courage to strive for excellence. She shaped not only strong students, but strong character. The discipline she instilled, the work ethic she modeled, and the standards she upheld continue to guide our children even today.
