He was senior to me at Uni.He is a pleasant person who would not hesitate to throw a smile at everyone whom he meets.He was well respected in the Srlankan administrative service.When I moved to another administrative position in Finance in Sri Lanka Nalla was a part time lecturer at Academy of Administrate Studies in 1983.He had a rare talent.He was ambidextrous.Could write with both hands on the board with ease.
