Thiyakesapillai (Siva) Ruban was born in Urumpirai North, Jaffna.

He was the beloved son of the Late Mr Manikka Thiyakesapillai and Late Mrs Sivakamipillai of Urumpirai North.

He was the beloved son-in-law of the Late Udayar Subramaniam Nallainathan and
Late Mrs Panumathy(Kitchi) Nallainathan of Urumpirai.

He attended Urumpirai Hindu College and gained his Electrical Engineering degree from Rugby College, UK.  Since 1963 he has resided in the UK, and since 1977 in Sutton-at-Hone in Kent.  

 He is survived by his beloved wife, Sothi Ruban and children, Yalini and Brendan, and four grandchildren. 

 He peacefully passed away after a short illness on Sunday, 23rd August 2020.

யாழ். உரும்பிராய் வடக்கைப் பிறப்பிடமாகவும், பிரித்தானியா Dartford, Kent ஐ வசிப்பிடமாகவும் கொண்ட தியாகேசபிள்ளை சிவரூபன் அவர்கள் 23-08-2020 ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை அன்று இறைவனடி எய்தினார். 

அன்னார், உரும்பிராய் வடக்கைச் சேர்ந்த காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான மாணிக்க தியாகேசபிள்ளை சிவகாமிப்பிள்ளை தம்பதிகளின் அருமை மகனும், காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான  உரும்பிராய் உடையார் சுப்பிரமணியம் நல்லைநாதன் பானுமதி(கிச்சி) நல்லைநாதன் தம்பதிகளின் அன்பு மருமகனும்,

சோதி அவர்களின் அன்புக் கணவரும்,

யாழினி, பிருந்தன் ஆகியோரின் அன்புத் தந்தையும்,

Stephen, Tamsin  ஆகியோரின் அன்பு மாமனாரும்,

Zapran, Zedran, Aliana, Avani ஆகியோரின் அன்புப் பேரனும் ஆவார்.

இவ் அறிவித்தலை உற்றார், உறவினர், நண்பர்கள் அனைவரும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றோம்.
