Worked at Battele Memorial Institute as Principal Scientist, and Senior Statistician. Worked at Boeing SALC as Principal Information Engineer. He also worked at Resource International. He was a Professor at Devry Institute and at Oterbein University. He obtained life master certificate for game of Bridge

Our deepest sympathies to all Family members and specially to brothers Mohanachandran, Chettiar and other siblings. We are very sorry to hear this news. We remember him paying the last respect at the funeral of our late father during the trouble times. Late SivaGopal brought fame to our Velanai Village by being a well known Scientist in USA. He will be remembered by all Sri Lankan Tamils for his unmatched services and contribution in setting up institutions like VanniTech during the turbulent times. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. He will be missed by us all - A Tribute from Late Master family members
