My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Muthulingam (muthanna). Mr Muthulingam was my office mate in the TCEO (Irrigation Dept. ) Vavuniya. Muthuannan and myself stayed in the same Department quarters in Vavuniya. Also Muthanna met me in Uduvil in my house in September 2019. I really shocked when I came to know his death. Our heartfelt condolences to his families.
