It’s a shocking sad news of the demise of late Kugathasan of my batchmate from the University of Peradeniya Srilanka 1982 Agros. Well respected by all batchmate very soft spoken but jovial person who was working at the Education Dept in various capacities. Master teacher Principal and in service Agric Trainer developed the Nelliyady MMV. Lot I can say about my friend Kugathasan suddenly he left from us.
