Dear Nalayini and Sai,please accept our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences on your profound loss .Puvanachandra family Rajan ,our cousin was a talented well respected medical professional,devoted family man , a social activist and a tireless fighter for the rights of the oppressed like the Eelam Tamils . One could say he was like the unsung main character Dr.Wayne Hudson in the classic novel “Magnificent Obsession “ , by Lloyd C. Douglas which Rajan once critiqued .The multi faceted life of Dr.Rajan Sriskandarajah also largely went unnoticed by some.It appears Rajan’s motto in life too was “ Do good and don’t talk about it or expect anything in return” A fitting tribute to this great man would be for us to follow the example set by him . Let us all hope that his Atma has merged with the universal consciousness
