Heartfelt condolences to Rahulan and family. I came to know aunty as Rahulan's mother, slowly got to know uncle and aunty. Both of them impressed me as friendly and gentle elders. I still remember the day both of them left to go back to Sri Lanka after a brief stay in Australia. They couldn't control their emotions leaving Rahulan and their grand kids. So many Manipay relatives of mine who were her students loved her a lot as a teacher and a gentle human. Aunty also confirmed her affection vice versa, when she talked to me when I visited them in Jaffna as well. Even as she was losing her memories she never gave up her gentle smile. May God bless her soul and give Rahulan the strength in this difficult time.
