I take this opportunity to express my sincere sympathies and heart-felt condolences to Mr. Kanadavanam's family and friends. Kanadavam sir was one of three important teachers who shaped my academic pursuit in the formative years of my learning at Vasavilan Central College many decades ago. His command of the Tamil language and literature, and oratory skills inspired me at that young age. I am grateful for his encouragement and guidance that infused my confidence in public speaking.
