On behalf of Tamil Cultural Association of Waterloo Region and profound respect that I extend my deepest condolences to the family on the passing of Master Kandavanam. Late V. Kandavanam's departure leaves a void not only within his cherished family but also among Canadian Tamil community and beyond. Master Kandavanam was a beacon of dedication, generosity, and leadership in everything he undertook. His significant contributions in creating Canadian Tamil anthem stand as a testament to his unwavering commitment to our Tamil community. He has attended Waterloo region Tamil community events and was instrumental in organising Tamil literature and Pattrimandram at University of Waterloo. I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Master Kandavanam through our shared endeavors in Waterloo. Master Kandavam's memory will remain with our Waterloo Region Tamil community, a reminder of a life well-lived and a person dearly loved.
