I have known Mr. Vigneshwaran for more than 25 years. As we live in the same condominium building, I have had the pleasure of knowing him intimately. He was always jovial and reminisced fondly of his days at Jaffna Central College, his days as a teacher in Nigeria and of his early days in Canada. I will always cherish fond memories of our times together.
