I am fortunate to work directly under MrS Palendira, an Eminent Engineer for 4 years (last 4 years before his retirement) in Road Development Authority in Srilanka. He was a fantastic decision maker and well respected because of his maturity & personality. We all admired his writing skills on official matters. I pray God to bestow good courage & strength to his wife & children in this difficult time. May Mr. Palendira attain heavenly hood!.
