Mr. Rasaiyaah was my brother-in-law but I never thought of him that way - I always see him as my friend and older brother. He is my wife’s best brother and my daughter and son-in-law’s best uncle and my Grandson’s best Grandpa also my family’s best friend. His loss in my life is the biggest loss. We want to send our deepest condolences to Thilaka akka and his children, grandchildren and son-in-law.
