Rasiah studied with me at Kokuvil Hindu College for a number of years. I have met him in the UK a few times. He was a nice fellow with a good heart. He lost his father at a young age and he looked after his brothers and sisters well. He was an intelligent student. I think for financial reasons he took up an appointment without going to university in Sri Lanka. He came to the UK and studied civil engineering at a university (He would have found the course easy because of his intellectual ability and hard work. Let his soul rest in peace.
