Ruban was the first Sports Secretary of MTCL. Very instrumental in building our rules. Simma Kuralone owned the mic during Awards Night and kept all active and entertained. Excellent umpire. Opening bowler for Bloor Fighters team. Thank you Ruban for your contributions to cricket in Toronto, which has expanded and grown in the last 25 years.
