Dear Aunty, The days I have known you are few. But the memories I have of you are endless. Thank you for sharing your stories with me. Stories of your childhood, education, your teaching career, your trips around the world, the people you know and of course how you met your husband. Every story you told had an undeniable sense of admiration and joy for life. Every little detail mattered and you took your time to slowly narrate them in such detail. I could visualize the people and events, they were the magical moments for me and for you. You had such sparkle in your eyes and a beautiful majestic smile as you reminisced about each event. In fact, your optimism was inspirational. Your sense of humour was brilliant. There was not a single day I left without having a good laugh with you. There were a lot of life lessons I learned from you. Of course, you were a teacher, you touch everyone's life as you pass by. And you touched mine. Thank you for cherished memories. Rest In Peace aunty.

Accept our heartfelt condolences on the sudden loss of your dearest mother, our beloved Mami Ratnam. It happens to be her birthday today (7th May) and it brings back to us a lot of lovely memories...
