I have known your beautiful family since 1985. Aunty and uncle were exceptional human beings. They were kind, hardworking, ambitious, dutiful, fun loving, and one of the best parents a child could dream of. I can never think aunty or uncle separately. For me, they were just one personality. That's how I always viewed them. With their passion for life, they built a beautiful home in Eechamottai, Jaffna, with a lovely garden and a few cows. I was one of the most welcomed visitors by all of you and I felt it in my heart. Whenever I visited, uncle would go to the local market and bring all my favorite vegetables and aunty cooked one of the most delicious vegetarian meals I have ever tasted. Aunty's voice, calling me " Nimmi" is still ringing in my ears Both of them showed their utmost care and love during the sudden passing of my beloved father and I will always hold those memories close to my heart. They were both dedicated to their teaching profession and have made a positive change in thousands of students they have taught in Polgahawella and Jaffna. Aunty was also a great poet and a social worker. Her passion for writing and public speaking continued towards the end of her life in Canada as well. I believe that both of them lived a full and a happy life together and now they are one with the God. She was a beautiful person both inside. She may not be hear physically, but aunty has touched the hearts of so many people and she continue to live in the hearts of all whom she has come across in her life She loved her children, in-laws and grandchildren and in turn they have all made her proud. Aunty and uncle were blessed to have an eldest son like Selvarajan Anna, who was a dedicated son and an elder brother for the whole family. I only wish I had more opportunities to interact with them since the time we all left our home country. Love you and miss you both Aunty and uncle: From Nimmi
