I (Babu) remember her wedding day in Thirunelvely and I was probably 4-5 years old. She was entertaining all of us kids sitting in our back varandah with all visitors coming in and going. It was a delight for us. Both mama and mami were joking and laughing with the guests that fascinated all of us kids. A vivid memory indeed. Savithiri has also similar memories of periyamma and periyappah when they lived in Nugegoda. And the weekends she spent with them and the kids. Both their laughs are memorable and infectious.
