My Peri Athan has been a remarkable brother-in-law. He came into our family when I was 12 years old. He was very kind and generous. He invited anyone he met to his home for a meal --much to the annoyance of my sister as she would be unaware of the numbers to cater However, he provided for her in every way and was very proud and dependant on my sister , his Gnanam, till the very last. My family and I shall miss him dearly. We will always remeber the times we had with him in Srilanka, Germany, London and Canada. Our thoughts and prayers are with my sister and family to have the strength to overcome his departure and to remember the happier times with him. Lingam, Lali, Cumaren, Ganesh and Sophia.
