I first met Mathy when I was 11 years old, but we became especially close over the last 6 years. Almost every morning was spent on the phone, filling one another in on our day, and planning our next meet up. He was always the key organiser that would plan every social, sometimes as often as twice a month. I hold him responsible for most of my socialising in recent years. He was an extremely talented cook, always making food for anyone that would come over, and was the best entertainer and host. Our latest adventure was supposed to be in Sri Lanka together. We had made plans to travel back together, just like we did last year, but dear Mathy was taken from us before we got this chance. I am heartbroken at how soon he has left us all. The most caring, generous and loving person to everyone he met. There was no one that he did not befriend that came into his life. I will miss our daily chats, our wonderful socials and his generosity so much. Rest in peace, our dear friend. Jeyashiri
