Dearest Sitho, Kanthi, Kummi, Dorai, Ananthi, Vendan, Narayani and families, It is with a heavy heart that we pen this message of condolence over Aggi's passing. My earliest childhood memories of Sitho and later with Aggi are beautiful times of my life. Aggi, although quiet, was kind, generous and thoughtful. I remember that my holidays in Sri Lanka, when you were staying at Deanstone Place, were especially delightful in the evenings when he would bring piping hot snacks like rolls, cutlets, kadlai and biscuits. Unfortunately, with the troubles in Sri Lanka, all of you left for Thailand and then UK.After that, I did not get to meet Aggi as often. Our contact was mainly through calls and regular visits by Sitho. I know that for Sitho, Aggi gave her the freedom to express herself and carve out her niche in the world - even now in London as a dynamic social community worker. For his children, his inspiration was in encouraging each of you to pursue entrepreneurship and the passion for building a worthwhile legacy. So let us celebrate his engagement in life and his accomplishments, though we are sad that he has left us in the physical form. He lives actively in our memories and conversations forever. P/S: Dear Sitho, I am sorry that I cannot make it to the funeral to express this in person. I look forward to our meeting soon in person. Stay strong.
