It's noteworthy to mention here that more than thousands of people who would have been benefited from your unwavering support and assistance rendered. You have been a devoted hindu who had always stood up for the traditions, culture and welfare. Just to mention a few of your philanthropic act of donating a land for a community centre in Eluthumadduval and also your generous financial contribution towards the Periyakerni Pillaiyar Temple development project in Eluthumadduval are few to mention. Finally, while serving as the Director of Srilanka Customs, you were heading the training department, which you have brought many new schemes and drastically improved the standard of training staff which are forever appreciated by the pupils who learnt under your leadership. May you attain eternal peace.
