Vasanthamaalika was a well liked member of our batch in medical school. She was a devout Hindu and an active member of the Hindu Society. Her devotion to her religion was evident in later years as well, when she served as the Chair of the Lewisham Sivan temple for several years. The devotees of the temple held her in high regard. May she attain moksha.
