I came to know this great gentleman via our assoication with Urumpirai Hindu College old students committee in UK for a number of years. He was one of the key members and always cared about the the association. He would call me time to time to ask, as I was the secretary for a period of time, to find out about the progress we were making. As far as I know he never missed a committe meeting and he was always very punctual. Though he was not from Urumpirai he cared very much for the college where he received his education. I greatly admired his devotion to the college. I will greatly miss him and for our long chats. May the almighty take care of his soul to rest in peace. Sivalingam & Lalitha (Kingston Uk)
