Theva's Family Please Accept our Heartfelt Sympathies. Theva , I know him since He was the Agriculture Training Student , then he worked as MPCS Manager. Later he was appointed as Coordinator for FORUT Organization for Wanni and worked for the Rural Community during very difficult situation. Maintained a good relationship with all heads of Depts GAA and other INGOO and UN agencies. He established an NGO called FOSDOO in Vavuniya district assisted several hundreds of Poor families in increasing their living standard by rearing Livestock ,Poultry farming, Dairy Farming and Goat industry. He then Migrated to Canada. Very sad news for all of his friends that we missed him early. His Name is always there in Srilanka Northern Province in the Record o Service. May His Soul Rest In Peace.
