Many people never get the opportunity to meet their great grandparents, but I was very fortunate to have known my great-grandmother for over 20 years. December 2019 was the last time I saw her and it's heart breaking not being able to see her again. Although we lived in separate countries, I admire and respect her for many things. Most importantly, it is her strength and independence. She was very loving, nurturing, and extremely kind-hearted to everyone. A beautiful soul like hers, will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.
