Late Mr. Sivapatham was with us in the Dept. of Agriculture in various positions and a Sincere Dedicated officer who helped to most of Families need in various help which he volunteered to assist with smiling face always.During very difficult war time he was holding the MPCS President post and was in a position to coordinate and facilitate several work out of the way to NGOO sector staff and govt. officers which we cannot forget in our life.
