Shivani and I wish to convey our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Puthrasingam family. Mr Puthrasingam was a giant in the educational arena of Jaffna during the middle of the 20th century. Although we mourn his loss, his legacy lives on in the hearts and minds and in the contributions globally of the plethora of his students who had benefitted from his tutelage.
