I have not met late MrPuthrasingham but i would say i am blessed to be one of his tens of thousands of pupils all over the world having studied his well written Biology book ss the sole source of knowledge in Biology for my ordinary level during an era sources of information is not widespread like nowadays .I have come to know more about his life and achievements only after his demise through his loving daughter Sivanangai. Though he is leaving behind his beloved wife who too is in her nineties he has had a complete life and sure he will be enjoying the eternal rest at feet of creator My prayers are with Sivanangai and her family at this difficult times Om Shanthi
