Mrs. Suntharalingam Sivakami was born and domiciled in Urumpirai west, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7, 2025.

She was the beloved daughter of late Selvaratnam Nagaratnam, cherished daughter-in-law of late Ramalingam-Pakiyam.

Beloved wife of Ram Suntharalingam(Retired deputy director of People’s bank staff training school and assistant general manager at People’s bank )

Devoted mother of Dr.Vasuki(UK), Dr.Vasumathy(Teaching Hospital, Jaffna), Dr.Vanathy(Melbourne- Australia), Saravanan(Chief Chemist, National Water Supply and Drainage Board).

Beloved mother-in-law of Dr.Sudharshan Tambyrajah(UK), Dr.E.Devanesan(Thellipalai Base Hospital), Dr.S.Varathan(Melbourne - Australia), S.Shalini(Open University- Vavuniya).

Beloved grandmother of Abiramy, Aarabhy, Mayuri, Madhuri, Bhairavy, Aadeesh and Aaleesha.

Beloved sister of Late Sivanpalan, Sivanesan, Sivanthasan and Sivanruban.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by family, friends, and all who know her.

The funeral was held on Monday 10-02-2025.
