Mr Subramaniam Shanmugam O B E
1937 - 2024

Very sad to hear the news. I knew Shanmugam ever since we worked on our Charity TAOT( Technical Association of Tamils). He was the president of it for a very long time and was our lead and has contributed on our projects. Being an old boy of Jaffna Hindu College like myself I have a special respect to him when he was awarded with the OBE. I express my deepest sympathy for his children. I pray for his soul to rest in peace. Selvarajasingam (Selva)
