In all those 40 years I worked as a colleague and Team Member of Shan’s Team, I found him as a Very Talented Engineer, highly skilled in his Subject Area, with an unparalleled ability to Lead and at the same time treat his colleagues with dignity and respect, never raising a voice of authority with a down to earth nature, always keen to Celibrate the Success of his Colleagues and encourage them to excel in their performance regardless of their ranks. I am ever so grateful to his almighty for having given me that opportunity in my lifetime. It is my belief that he is one of the best human that I have befriended in my lifetime.
