முன்னாள் கூட்டுறவு அபிவிருத்தி உதவி ஆணையாளர் (Assistant Commissioner of Cooperative Development) மற்றும் மடு பிரதேசத்தின் ஓய்வுபெற்ற உதவி அரசாங்க அதிபர் (Assistant Government Agent) ஆவார். அரசுப் பணியிலிருந்து ஓய்வு பெற்ற பின்னர், அகதிகளுக்கான ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின் உயர் ஸ்தானிகர் அலுவலகம் (UNHCR), சிறுவர் பாதுகாப்பு நிதியம் (Save the Children Fund – SCF), HUDEC CARITAS, மற்றும் வடக்கு-கிழக்கிற்கான புற்றுநோய் உதவி நிறுவனம் (CANE) ஆகிய மனிதபிமான மற்றும் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களில் திட்டப் பணியாளராகப் பணியாற்றி, சமூக நலனுக்காகத் தன்னலமற்ற அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் சேவையாற்றியவர்.
