On behalf of my family,,,A tribute to a mentor, a guiding star, our inspiration and above all our father-Aiyah. Today…is a day of celebration to cherish Aiyah’s life and as the saying goes, “It’s not an end…but a start” … it’s a start.. as we farewell my father on his journey to eternity. My father is a smart, hardworking person,….he was humble in his success,…. persisted when challenged and was moulded by discipline…honesty,…integrity…and above all love and care for others. People gathered here to farewell my father is the testament to his great qualities. My father had been the origin and the pillar of our success and happiness in this world. He has made and instilled some of the finest qualities in his children and grand-children to stand out as the best. He is a person of good virtues. Someone who has made the family what we are…. Sacrificed him to make us better, gave everything for his children ,….made them who they are and left a legacy to be Proud of. Aiyah, you are not leaving us…… but you are with us, you have not only succeeded in your earthly duties but have inspired us all to carry that mantle, the legacy forward as you take a heavenly position to guide us from Above. As our life rolls forward,….as our story continues, Aiyah’s legacy will….Aiyah will always stay as our guiding star and lead us all in the right direction. The memories we have, the love we enjoyed, the stories we shared, will lead us….it will become our lives, where we remember, retain and relish every single moment. As a wise one said, a chapter comes to an end today, but our father-Aiyah’s story shall continue…..
