My beautiful Acca - I cannot believe you are really gone. I still see your smiling face and I feel like you are still here. I long to speak to you again - sharing our stories - making plans on when we will meet again next time in Sri Lanka. I remember you as a second mother to us, caring, nurturing and taking care of us, taking care of me when I was in hospital. You will always be in my heart with your beautiful smile. I look back onto our childhood memories with fondness, all the times shared - the good and bad, the joys and difficulties, the hard times and all the playful times. I will miss hearing your voice. It pains me that I will not have another chance to see you or share more of our conversations. But I will continue to rejoice in our shared memories and this will have to be enough for now.
