Ponmani Akka, Collin & Anusha Our sincere sympathies and condolences to everyone. He was always admired and respected as an absolute gentleman in our family circle by all ten of us without any doubt, including my mother. We always had very fond memories of Ilavali, visiting our aunt’s house in the early sixties with my brother Suba and I during our school holidays. It was like heaven to us since we could getaway with anything because Mami will protect us. It’s such an irony even though your father was very kind and gentle we behaved like an impeccable children in front of him, instinctively. don’t know why. Maybe that’s why he always had a cynical smile looking at me, especially, thinking probably who is he trying to kid, a school teacher. Recently as three weeks ago I saw a picture of Charlie, my nephew’s son from London, having a time of his life there, and it reminded so much of our fond memories in Ilavali. He will be missed but not forgotten. May his soul Rest in Peace. Love to all, Niranjan and family
We are sorry for your loss, was such a great person, The memories will live forever with us.
