Dear Ponmani Akka & Children, It is with great sadness I write this tribute to Annan, your beloved husband & father. Annan I came to know soon after my father’s sudden death on 17th Dec. 1963, when our great family was in darkness, my aunt( Mami) & her children came very attached to us. When I made my maiden visit to Illavali in 1965 Muthithamby Annan was very welcoming , poured much love to me & took care of me. He will be remembered for his gentle nature & kindness towards to everyone who came across him. Ponmanni akka I am pleased to hear your children have flown from far flung cities to be with you & console you in your hour of need. May god bless his soul & take to him heaven.
