I am deeply saddened by the loss of brother Mahesan even though I was hoping to meet him again; but I still can’t forget the strange events that led to our first meeting. I was with the boy’s side eagerly waiting to have a chat with him about the proposed marriage, but the moment I met him and came to know he was a blood relative of the same lineage and proudly hailing from Kokuvil, the inevitable thing happened. I changed sides. If blood is thicker than water, it actually happened here. He was always very affectionate towards me and will be missed. Let brother Mahesan’s soul rest in peace.
