May his Soul Rest In Heaven. Please accept our heartfelt sympathies. Late Mr. Siva Moorthy was born in Erlalai our Neighborhood and a friend of mine when he was studying in the college. A well disciplined and respected by everyone while he was working in Tea factory as officer in Upcountry of Srilanka. Once he migrated to Canada his contact we lost. We are very saddened. I am his same age. Our prayers are for him Hillary Arulgnanam Family.
