Appa was instrumental behind my success. He encouraged motivated and provided everything that I needed to succeed in life. He taught me many life skills passed on knowledge and wisdom and always put his wife and children first. He was a good communicator and wrote to me regularly when he was in Sri Lanka and phoned me daily when he was in London. He demanded me to visit him regularly and Appa left gap in my life to fill. He asked me not to cry as he lived his life to the brim in his words. Nevertheless remembering you on your first anniversary of your death bring tears in my eyes you are truly be missed not just on your anniversary but every day of the week
