I am honored and blessed to have periamaami, who was generous and soft spoken. Still I could remember the time when I was a child, Periamaami came to Trinco and fed me mangos. When Periamaami had to return back to Jaffna, I cried alot because I wanted to go with her. Then I got the chance to stay in Periamaami house to pursue my education. She was caring and provided me the necessities while I was staying at her house. After coming to Canada I had frequent contact and visit her. I will never forget her thoughtful actions. She lived her complete life, nothing to grieve, and we all pray for her soul to be protected and guided by omnipresent God for her next sojourn of life.
