The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society Trincomalee branch members and volunteers are ever grateful to Late N .Sangarapillai who at a time functioned as the Project Coordinator /Concept designer attached to the branch rendered his services to humanitarian needs of the vulnerable people of Trincomalee district during height of conflict and devastating Tsunami catastrope.
