A life well lived. Vijay was a man of strength, character and determination; his passing away is a loss to the community. Having come to know him in early 70s in England and has been a pleasure to see him and his family later in Canada. Vijay was very active while in Toronto with his significant contribution on the plight his brethren in Ceylon and has been a source of strength to the community. Vijay career advancement took him to the US office and had continued his community services there as well. Vijay had left us early but our memories are filled with his smiles and laughter of the good times. Many in the Greater Toronto Ceylon Tamil community fondly remembers him and his contributions. Our sincere condolences to his treasured wife Lalli and their children and their loved ones.
