Chippa was a truly kind-hearted and warm person who touched the lives of everyone around him. One of his favorite hobbies was bird watching. We still fondly remember how he would hand us his binoculars and excitedly show us different birds, sharing with us the joy and wonder he found in nature. Whenever he came to Batticaloa, he never fails to visit us every day. Those visits were always filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful conversations. His presence brought happiness and warmth to our home. It is hard to imagine that we will no longer see his familiar smile or hear his cheerful laughter.
