I am fortunate to have associated with Kasi since the sixties of the last century. Even though his interest lay in trade and business he nevertheless was a keen supporter of all the Public Service Club activities in Vavuniya including sponsoring the softball cricket matches with Mannar and Anuradhapura. In later years when he established himself in Canada I have had the pleasure of his company whenever I went to Toronto from Colombo. I always admired his love of life, joie de vivre. He has had a meaningful life and sleeps fulfilled. My condolences to his grieving family. Farewell my friend.
