Meruba was my first friend. I was around 4 or 5. We lived in the same apartment when growing up. I had no idea about any of that until my mom told me, this is after she had already passed away. She was even in my Tamil class at TL Kennedy. We were complete strangers to each other by the time we had already grown up. Its still really sad that this happened. Its been over 4 years, but i never really thought about writing in her obituary until now. R.i.p Meruba
